Being part of the HR Netherlands organization they work in teams, dedicated to the different sectors. To strengthen the `Corporate Technologies´ team, we are looking for a Recruiter Technology.

Building on the resulting competencies, Corporate Technologies today creates and licenses options and Intellectual Property (IP), provides Research & Development (R&D) services and incubates new businesses.

Within Talent recruitment the challenge at hand is to successfully integrate talent recruitment in a single recruitment service portfolio, to boost professionalism and increase customer focus.
Furthermore, with increasing pressure from the labor market on talent, we also need to relay focus towards the individual candidate in addition to our customer´s vacancy, emphasizing candidate experience and competitive employee value propositions.
As Talent recruiter we´ll expect you play an important role in both these areas. Additionally, you work primary in talent related recruitment projects, such as our European Business Courses or customer specific events.
You report to the team leader talent recruitment.

To take up this role we´re looking for someone with successful experience in project management as well as proven merit in a (preferably commercial) recruitment environment; someone who thinks `bottom line added value´, with sufficient levels of conceptual thinking and organizational sensitivity.
To succeed you´ll need to be a skilled communicator with verbal and written fluency in English. Dutch would be asset.
