ACTRA is now looking for a number of Operations Excellence/ Lean Six Sigma consultants to strengthen our clients team:
Day to day Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead instruction and coaching of client black belt candidates in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma - Provide coaching and mentoring to client black belt and master black belt candidates as they lead DFSS improvement projects and generate client results - Deliver other types of (Lean Six Sigma training) such as Green Belt, Sponsor, Executive, Project ID and Selection, DFLSS, Lean Master, and lead Kaizen events. - Deal with C-level clients in order to identify and promote LSS projects. - Manage projects through their full lifecycles, - Manage own teams and client consultants to deliver results in a timely and efficient fashion. - Develop business with new and existing clients.
You will be challenged by:
- Consulting on the leadership and management of change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally. - Delivering quality products that are both technically appropriate and able to be implemented within the client environment. Leadership in the development and usage of strategy models using cross-functional teams. - Development, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget. - Ability to examine "go to market" business strategies and tactics working with senior management. Successfully maintain high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations. Identify and develop value-added service opportunities. - Intellectual contribution to the knowledge base. Conducting resource planning/skills assessment and monitor utilization levels to manage project staffing. - Responsible for the development of ongoing client relationships |

Skills required:
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt or deep skill spike in Lean and process engineering techniques. - Teaching/Training experience with DMAIC waves - Experience across a diverse range of industries. - A proven ability to develop new and existing business/ - Strong management and leadership skills. Skills desired:
- Degree level education or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Prior external consulting experience, preferably with management exposure - Experience with Design for (Lean) Six Sigma and Lean - Prior experience training Black Belts and/or Green Belts (In Dutch or fluent English)
