As Lean Six Sigma Consultant, your challenge consists of:
· Consulting on the leadership and management of change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally.
· Delivering quality products that are both technically appropriate and able to be implemented within the client environment. Leadership in the development and usage of strategy models using cross-functional teams.
· Development, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget.
· Ability to examine "go to market" business strategies and tactics working with senior management. Successfully maintain high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations. Identify and develop value-added service opportunities.
· Intellectual contribution to the knowledge base. Conducting resource planning/skills assessment and monitor utilization levels to manage project staffing.
· Responsible for the development of ongoing client relationships. |

Skills required
· Black Belt Certification required at Consultant level.
· Six Sigma Master Black Belt required at Senior Consultant level.
· Teaching/Training experience with DMAIC waves
· Experience across a diverse range of industries.
Skills desired:
· Degree level education or equivalent
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Prior external consulting experience
· Experience with Design for (Lean) Six Sigma and Lean
· Prior experience training Black Belts and/or Green Belts
