The IT team consists of 7 people, focusing on different disciplines and spread across our offices in Sweden, UK and The Netherlands.

Functie omschrijving

Provide excellent IT support for our European users including first line and second line support, problem solving, technical incident management and remote support for off-site users.
PC and server configuration.
Proactive server monitoring and reporting.
Order, setup and administer employees pc’s, mobiles and PDA’s.

Functie criteria

Essential:
At least 12 months recent experience in a similar support role
A sound technical grounding, including a good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft WSUS/WDS, Group Policies and Active Directory are required.
Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Reliable and willing to solve client demands
Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
Able to get on with others and be a team-player
Able to prioritize tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
Good knowledge of English language (written & spoken)

Desirable:
Experience in Avaya Call server.
Considers all applicants, but the role typically favors those who hold relevant MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications.
