| The sector Human Resource & Organization is responsible for the policy development and implementation of all activities concerning the HR&O domains: Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning and Information and Process Control. The sector employs about 90 employees, with a larger team in Europe and a strong presence in the US and Asia. The operational activities are organized on a matrix basis, both by region and by business area (Sector). |

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the implementation and service on the HR&O domains within his/her area. Participant in the planning, organizing, directing, assessing and controlling of HR&O policies and activities within the areas of attention and within the departments as member of the HR&O team.
• Accountable for the HR&O business service in the area within operational and general guidelines. • Responsible for the monitoring and processing of HR&O processes that he/she is responsible for (Process owner). • Responsible for the translation of more general HR&O policies/guidelines and processes into concrete activities and deliverables within the area. • Freedom to determine working methods as the basis of general HR&O working methods in order to achieve results and propose/implement them. • Covers activities like recruitment, (organizational/management) development, performance management and assessment/compensation.

• Relevant (4 to 5 years) experience in the field of Human Resources & Organisation within an international high-tech manufacturing & planning or supply chain management environment. • Experience in the field of change management, organizational development, counseling, broad knowledge of integral management, project management and HR instruments. • Excellent communicator, convincing and senior personality, true business partner. • Well developed analytical skills to be able to act on a tactical level, but this in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach. • Strong on organizational sensitivity. • Fluent in Dutch and English. |
