Our client is one of the largest global electronics companies. They are the number 1 in global lighting, number 1 in medical patient monitoring and number 3 in diagnostic imaging and among the world’s top-3 consumer electronics companies in served markets, like male shaving, beauty, oral healthcare, food, beverage & garment care.

Recruitment Services is the shared service center of our client for all recruitment and labour market communications matters. They are responsible for attracting top talent for all businesses of our client. For the Netherlands they work from the recruitment center in Eindhoven and on-site, close to the customers. Being part of the HR Netherlands organization they work in teams, dedicated to the different sectors. To strengthen the ‘Corporate Technologies’ team, we are looking for a Recruiter Technology.

The organizations grouped under Corporate Technologies have a strong history in contributing to the innovation in and the development of new markets. Building on the resulting competencies, Corporate Technologies today creates and licenses options and Intellectual Property (IP), provides Research & Development (R&D) services and incubates new businesses.

Functie omschrijving

As a recruiter your objective is to act as a dedicated business partner for your internal customers and to provide them with the high caliber talent they need. You are responsible for the total recruitment process from intake to hire, including salary negotiations with the selected candidate. In order to find the right candidates you will be able to use the expertise of our sourcing specialists and labour market specialists.

Acting as a business partner, your challenge is to build up a good relationship with your customer and really understand their business. At the same time you will ensure timely delivery of the agreed services according to our guidelines of quality and service. Together with others recruiters you will work as a team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and to share best practices and success.
As a recruitment organization we are constantly improving our services and therefore actively involved in the Dutch labour market. This results in various initiatives in which we demand the active participation of our recruiters.

Functie criteria

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology related education
• You have 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience in technology recruitment or related field
• You have an entrepreneurial attitude, you are capable of frequently analyzing and adapting to new challenges
• You are able to create trust and take full responsibility for timely recruitment fulfillment
• You are a structured and result driven person
• You are able to multi-task several activities simultaneously
• You are a strong communicator and a real team player
• You have fluent language skills in Dutch and English
