| It concerns a international global operating company where you will be part of a dynamic and professional organized team of eight people consisting of a manager, logistic officers and logistic engineers. Together you are responsible for all logistic challenges which occur in the Back End Process. This is a group of main suppliers which is continually managed, monitored and when needed, supported. The collective goal is to meet the highest standards and deliver all orders on deadline with zero defects. Customers are various companies with worldwide locations situated in Europe, North America and Asia. |

As supply chain project analyst you have full responsibility for projects and targets for the logistics service provider. In collaboration with the project owner/ manager targets are set and information is shared. The supply chain project analyst drives the project team members and service providers to form plans and achieve targets in the leanest way possible. The supply chain project analyst manages the supplier on KPI, supplier scorecard and assists customers in cases of escalations.
To achieve company goals the following tasks are performed: • Manage projects and improvements: make planning, determine deliveries and milestones, secure resources, communicate with relevant parties internally and externally. • Manage logistics service providers. • Create solutions for logistics problems. • Keep procedures up to date. • Support customers and customer service in logistics matters. • Improved service, reduced cost of logistics, high customer satisfaction and new logistics flows are examples of goals on a long term basis. |

Necessary skills/know-how are: • Educational level: Bachelor/Master. • 4 – 8 years of logistics experience (planning or physical distribution). • Sound knowledge and experience with SAP (MM/SD). • Ability to work as part of a team and/or lead projects. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. • Pro-active way of working with a well developed analytical notion. • Ability to see and think outside the box. |
