Our client is a company offering HR Transformation Services to international companies implementing HR Shared Services, SAP HR globally and Self Services for transforming their HR. They have extensive and professional experience in various HR Transformation Projects. The goal of our client is to be the partner for SAP Talent Management Implementations for international companies. We are looking for a senior SAP HCM Talent Management Consultant working as an independent consultant.

Together with other senior SAP HCM Consultants you will work on Global Implementation projects of SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (SAP ECM) for more than 120 countries and 5 divisions. You and the team of other consultants will be responsible for on-time and within budget implementation of SAP ECM in a diverse and complex environment: • You will capture the different user requirements from the different divisions; • You will discuss and harmonize these requirements towards one process; • You will realize and configure the SAP ECM Module; • You will drive the discussions towards minimal customizations; • You will discuss with your team members the integration in the current SAP HR Global Template; • You will test the final system and complete the user acceptance; • You will support the first country implementations and salary review rounds operationally.
The work will mostly be done in Switzerland and will last for at least the whole of 2010. Possible extension for 2011 depends of the success reached in 2010.

You are an independent Senior SAP HCM Consultant. You have minimal 5 years of experience with SAP HCM and implemented at least one SAP Talent Management module (Management Development, Performance Management, Enterprise Compensation Management). SAP Payroll consultants willing to invest in and learn SAP Enterprise Compensation Management will also be considered. You can work independently on complete projects from start to end, but can also integrate well into a team of other senior specialists and act as one team to deliver. You are customer oriented and results focused with great flexibility. You can operate well under difficult circumstances. Over time you will need to become an authority on SAP Talent Management Implementations. |
